We began by importing fresh, extra virgin olive oil from quality groves worldwide, filling a void in commercial kitchens across Southern California. Over time, our product offerings expanded to include a variety of versatile oils, serving markets nationwide. Our dedication to quality is evident through our adherence to the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) program and our focus on Non-GMO Project Verified and USDA Organic oils.
Diverse Product Offerings
- Refined “A” Olive Oil: Obtained by pressing whole olives and 100% refined to meet the strictest specifications, ideal for industrial use and food manufacturers requiring a fresh and stable oil.
- Pure Olive Oil: Similar to Refined “A” Olive Oil but includes virgin olive oil to add flavor and color, resulting in a versatile and heat-resistant oil with a light olive flavor, perfect for sautéing, baking, light frying, as well as sauces and dressings.
- Grapeseed Oil: Known for its clean, nutty flavor and high smoke point, making it a top choice for dressings, sauces, and high-temperature cooking without transferring flavors between ingredients.

Ready-to-use house brands and private label options for distributors are also available.
Continuous Facility Expansion
To meet growing requirements, the facility continually evolves, adhering to specifications to maintain the highest integrity as part of the USDA and monitored by QAI. Fresh USDA Organic products are available in select retail and foodservice packaging sizes, along with industrial bulk options.
